Late Fee Policy

Late Fee Policy:

Time Sensitive Programs:A program is deemed as time sensitive when team league registration is required. A non-refundable late fee of $10, per participant, will be assessed for any registrations received during the ten (10) day grace period after the regular registration session has ended. The late fee is automatic and cannot be waived.

Please Note:

  • Late registrations will be accepted based on availability in the program registering for.
  • Additionally, team shirts/jerseys may not be available for late registrants.
  • Finally, session rates will not be pro-rated for late registration or cancellation of enrollment after program has begun.

Non-Time Sensitive Programs: A program is deemed as non-time sensitive when no team league registration is required. No late fee will be assessed for any registrations received during the ten (10) day grace period after the regular registration session has ended.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Inclement Weather Cancellation: In the instance of inclement weather, Commissioners will do their best to reschedule any missed portion of the program due to inclement weather, however, doing so is not always possible. Refunds will not be issued for any portion of a missed program due to inclement weather.

Program Cancellation: In the event that a program is cancelled by the WRC for any reason, a full refund will be issued to account holders within 10 business days in the manner by which the payment was initially made. If, however, a cash payment was made at the time of registration, a check will be issued in lieu of cash refund. 

Individual Cancellation Of Enrollment: Cancellation of enrollment must occur a minimum of 5 business days prior to the start date of the program in order for a refund to be issued; however, if a $10 late fee was assessed to the registration, that late fee is non-refundableOnly the original program fee will be considered eligible for a refund.

Inclement Weather Cancellation

In the instance of inclement weather, the program Commissioner or the WRC Director will send out an email notification as soon as the decision has been made to cancel the scheduled event. Phone calls WILL NOT be made. In order to receive a timely notification, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to sign up for these notifications via his or her CivicRec account AND through our website at www.williamsonrec.org.

Commissioners will do their best to reschedule any missed portion of the program due to inclement weather, however, doing so is not always possible.

Program Cancellation

In the event that a program is cancelled by the WRC for any reason, participants will be immediately notified and a refund will be issued to account holders within 10 business days. See Refund Policy for more details.

Registration
In order to use Williamson Recreation Committee, Inc.’s website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

The WRC, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
